Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Monday launched a facility for its consumers to directly lodge a complaint regarding any fault of any PTCL number through mobile phones. The PTCL spokesman, Syed Ali Qadir Gillani, in an exclusive talk, informed the APP that “In order to lodge any complaint against any fault with any subscriber’s PTCL number, one could directly dial ‘1218′ without local codes through any mobile phone connection.”

ZONG has announced its support to the Music Society of LUMS with regard to the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of LUMS to be held on May 9 and 10.

Four, out of five leading cell phone companies of the country, have sent a written request to the government to review its policy to introduce 3G Technology in Pakistan due to what they called “the financial crunch”. On the other hand, one telecom company is pushing the government to go for the 3G licensing as per policy.
